Sandbar Group Privacy Policy

Website: https://www.sandbargrp.com
Effective date: 1/1/2026

Sandbar Group ("Sandbar," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information through SandbarGrp.com, our forms and digital resources, our communications, and our real estate and related business services. We do not sell your personal information.

1 Who this policy covers

This policy applies to website visitors, prospective and current clients, buyers, sellers, luxury and new-construction buyers, builders, developers, investors, landowners, referral partners, past clients, and other people who interact with Sandbar. It also covers information submitted through landing pages, appointment tools, social media, messaging channels, and AI assistants operated on our behalf.

Our brokerage and other businesses may maintain separate privacy policies governing information they receive and use. This policy describes Sandbar's practices; it does not replace those businesses' policies.

2 Information we collect

Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, social media profile or username, preferred contact method, and the contents of your inquiries, messages, forms, and uploaded documents.

Depending on the service you request, we may collect property addresses, property and project details, search preferences, budget ranges, purchase or sale timing, financing status, business contact details, referral information, and transaction-related records. We also keep communication preferences, consent records, appointment history, and opt-out requests.

When you use our website and digital tools, we or our service providers may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, approximate location inferred from an IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, and interactions with forms, emails, or resources. Collection depends on the tools enabled and your applicable privacy choices.

We may receive information from our team, brokerage, referral partners, listing services, property records, public sources, and platforms through which you request information. We use that information for the purposes described here and subject to applicable permissions and law.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account details, identification documents, or other highly sensitive information through general website forms, social media messages, or AI chats. If such information is needed for a transaction, we will direct you to an appropriate process.

3 How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; understand your goals; provide property searches, valuations, market information, and resources; arrange appointments and showings; coordinate real estate transactions and project-related services; manage client and partner relationships; and maintain business records.

We also use information to send relevant updates and marketing communications where permitted; organize CRM records and follow-up; improve our website, content, and services; measure inquiry sources and campaign performance; prevent misuse or fraud; document consent and communication preferences; and meet legal and brokerage obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand market demand and improve our services. We will not identify a client or disclose confidential project details in public content, testimonials, or case studies without appropriate authorization.

4 How we may contact you

Subject to applicable law, your preferences, and any required consent, Sandbar and people or service providers acting on our behalf may contact you by live telephone call, voicemail, email, SMS or MMS text message, social media message, messaging app, website chat, video call, postal mail, or another lawful communication method that is available now or becomes available in the future.

Communications may address an inquiry, property or project interest, requested service, appointment, transaction, educational resource, relationship follow-up, or a relevant marketing offer. We may use human team members, automated workflows, and AI agents to assist with these communications.

This Privacy Policy describes our practices. Visiting our website, reading this policy, or providing contact details does not by itself constitute consent to all forms of marketing or to automated, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice calls or texts. Where required, we obtain separate consent before using those methods. You may withdraw consent or request changes to your contact preferences.

5 AI agents and automated tools

We may use AI assistants, chatbots, voice agents, and other automated tools to answer routine questions, respond to inquiries, collect information, schedule appointments, organize and summarize communications, assist with property or project matching, and support follow-up.

These tools may process information you provide, relevant CRM information, and conversation content. Our authorized technology providers may process that information to operate the tools, subject to their applicable contracts and data-processing settings.

When an AI agent interacts directly with you, we identify it as an automated or AI assistant. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. You may ask to speak with a Sandbar team member or contact us using the details below.

We use AI-generated voice calls and automated marketing communications only with the consent required for the communication and subject to applicable law. If we record a call or generate a transcript, we provide notice and obtain any legally required consent before recording or transcription. This policy alone is not consent to recording.

6 When we share information

We share information as reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, subject to applicable law and any required authorization. Recipients may include:

Our staff and team agents. Employees, contractors, assistants, and real estate agents on our team may access information relevant to responding to you, serving clients, coordinating work, and maintaining records.

Our brokerage. We may share information with eXp Realty and its authorized personnel or systems for brokerage supervision, transaction coordination, recordkeeping, compliance, and services connected to your relationship with Sandbar.

Technology and service providers. Providers of website hosting, CRM software, email and text delivery, telephone systems, AI tools, appointment scheduling, cloud storage, analytics, document management, electronic signatures, transaction management, and other business support may process information to perform services for us.

Transaction and professional partners. Where appropriate to your request or transaction, we may share relevant information with other real estate professionals, builders, developers, lenders, title or escrow companies, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, and other professionals. We obtain authorization where required.

Affiliated businesses. We may share relevant information with businesses connected to Sandbar through ownership or a business relationship when needed to coordinate a service you request or an introduction you authorize. This does not give an affiliated business permission to use your information for unrelated independent marketing. We obtain separate consent where required for that use.

Legal and business requirements. We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect people and systems. If our business is reorganized, transferred, or acquired, records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and privacy obligations.

We limit sharing to information reasonably needed for the purpose. We require providers acting on our behalf to protect information and use it consistently with their authorized services. Independent businesses receiving information for their own services may handle it under their own privacy policies. Text-message information is also subject to the additional limits below.

7 We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information or provide contact lists to third parties for their independent marketing. Sharing information to serve you, operate our business, or meet legal obligations is limited to the purposes described in this policy.

We do not authorize advertising or analytics providers to use disclosures from our website in a way that constitutes a sale of personal information under applicable privacy law.

8 Text messages and mobile information

When you choose to receive text messages from Sandbar, messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment reminders, property or project updates, transaction-related communications, and marketing messages within the scope of your consent. Message frequency varies based on your requests, activity, and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own messaging campaigns. We may share mobile numbers and necessary consent records with providers operating our messaging services solely to deliver and administer Sandbar's messages. This limited processing does not authorize their independent marketing.

Reply STOP to opt out of our text-message program or HELP for assistance. You may also call or email us or use another reasonable method to withdraw consent. We honor clear opt-out requests within the time required by law and may send a single nonmarketing confirmation when permitted. We do not require consent to marketing calls or texts as a condition of purchasing property, goods, or services.

9 Your communication choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email, ask us to stop marketing calls, opt out of texts as described above, or request a change to your social media or other contact preferences. You do not have to use one exclusive method to withdraw consent.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not necessarily end an active client or transaction relationship. We may still need to provide requested service, transaction, or legal notices through channels permitted by law. This does not override your withdrawal of consent to communications for which consent is required.

10 Cookies and website technologies

Our website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, traffic measurement, and understanding how visitors use our content. Embedded maps, videos, listing tools, and social media features may also receive technical information when you use them.

You can manage cookies through your browser and through website privacy controls where available. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out for a technology, we provide the required choice. Third-party advertising technologies must operate consistently with our no-sale commitment above.

11 Information security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Access is limited according to business needs. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to serve you, maintain relationships consistent with your choices, meet brokerage and legal recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of information and purpose. We may retain limited consent and suppression records to document and honor opt-out requests.

12 Privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your information, ask us to delete information, or ask about our collection and sharing practices. Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including rights to obtain a copy, restrict certain processing, use an authorized representative, or appeal a decision about a request.

We respond as required by applicable law. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Requests may be subject to exceptions, including transaction, legal, brokerage, security, and consent-record obligations. Where applicable, we explain a denial and provide information about available appeal rights. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

13 Other websites and platforms

Our website and communications may link to third-party sites or tools. Social media, listing portals, brokerage websites, professional partners, and other platforms have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information directly to them.

14 Children and service location

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.

Our business is based in the United States. Our service providers may process or store information in the United States or other countries where they operate. We apply any transfer safeguards required by applicable law.

15 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will appear on our website with a revised effective date. We provide additional notice or obtain new consent when required. A policy update does not override a prior opt-out or replace separately required consent.
